Sarah Colgan
Project All Rise is Sarah’s most ambitious and personal project to date, and is the result of a deeply-felt determination to drive culture change around neurodiversity.
Sarah brings 15 years’ experience leading in strategic roles across communications, partnerships, and social impact. She specialises in devising creative strategies to shift mindsets and bring about positive change. She has worked with MTV and the BBC in London, and RTÉ in Dublin, as well as co-founding an Irish content agency.
Her most recent initiative, 20x20, became a national movement for gender equity, significantly increasing participation rates, attendances, and media coverage for women in sport. It successfully changed public perceptions, winning multiple national and international awards, in addition to Sarah being awarded the ‘Gamechanger’ accolade at Tatler’s Women of the Year Awards.
Project All Rise is inspired by Sarah’s wonderfully neurodivergent child. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Irish charity Daisyhouse, supporting women out of homelessness.
