Pádraig McCabe

Padraig is currently a member of IPPN’s Leadership Support Team. Prior to taking up this role, Padraig worked for 22 years as principal in a DEIS Band 1 school in Dublin.

Padraig was involved in the Dignity & Respect at Work resource development team for IPPN. He has presented on this topic previously at IPPN conferences and supports schools seeking to develop and/or review their Dignity at Work policies and procedures.

Padraig has a Masters in Educational Leadership and a Diploma in Educational Management. He is also a qualified business and executive coach, mediator and has trained as a Bespoke Mentor for Oide/CSL.
