Mary Moore

Mary is co-director of the ISSN. She graduated from Mary Immaculate College in 2003 and teaches in Clerihan NS in Co. Tipperary. She completed a M.Sc in Science Education (Primary Science) in Waterford Institute of Technology in 2009 and in 2016 was awarded an Enterprise Scholarship to focus on her Ph.D. Her Ph.D. looked at education for sustainable development and how to support sustainable schools within industry/third level partnerships. Mary is the lead tutor for Science and Global Citizenship Education on Hibernia’s PME programme and she regularly delivers CPD to practicing teachers in the areas of ESD and outdoor learning.
