'Be Well, Lead Well' Sessions on Thursday

Thursday Morning Sessions​​

You can participate in one of a range of wellness activities on the Thursday morning. Activities include yoga, mindfulness, aqua-aerobics, a guided (gentle) run, and a guided walk.
 

Note: Yoga and Aqua Aerobics sessions are subject to availability due to limited capacity. Information will be provided to attendees who register for these activities.
